Exchange and Return Policy
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To exchange products without manufacturing defects, we ask that the product not be used and that the label not be removed. This can be done within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the product.
In the case of Black Friday and Christmas, exchanges will be made at the beginning of the following year due to the large number of orders.
Refuse to receive the merchandise and immediately notify our Customer Service Center in the following cases: if there is any irregularity at the time of delivery or in the event of physical damage to the product and/or damage to the packaging.
If the product has been received, simply click below and follow the procedures. After the request, you should receive an email with the free exchange form to take to the post office.
RETURN DUE TO REGRET
According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, in purchases made outside the commercial establishment, the consumer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days to regret the purchase and communicate the withdrawal to the supplier.
Requests to cancel a purchase will be accepted as long as:
a) are made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt of the product;
b) the merchandise is returned to Nordico in its original packaging, including the brand label and the Invoice, without having been used.
IMPORTANT: If the above requirements are not met, Nordico will not be obliged to accept the cancellation of the purchase.
The right to regret leads to the cancellation of the purchase and, just as the consumer has the right to a refund of the amounts paid, the supplier has the right to receive the product intact, in conditions to be sold again, not allowing any sign of use or damage to the product, its components or its packaging.
In the event of cancellation of the purchase due to regret, the amount paid by the customer will be fully refunded within 3 business days. If the product is damaged during transportation, refuse to receive it and contact Customer Service.
PRODUCT WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Within 90 (ninety) calendar days from receipt of the product, the exchange/return procedure will follow the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code. If the product is not repaired within 30 (thirty) days, the customer will be able to choose between the following alternatives:
a) replacement of the product with another identical product or, in the absence of an identical product in stock, with a similar product or with credits for the same purchase value, to be used on the website www.usenordico.com;
b) refund of amounts paid by the customer as described in the item “Refund of Amounts” below;
c) proportional price reduction.
REIMBURSEMENT OF VALUES
The amount paid by the customer for the product and respective shipping will be refunded according to the payment method used in the purchase, as explained below, and provided that the other conditions applicable to the case described in this policy are observed. In the case of a partial return of the order, shipping will not be refunded.
In the case of payment by Credit Card, the refund may occur in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used.
In the case of payment by bank slip or online debit, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the customer's current account, as soon as possible, and must be made within 10 (ten) business days. If the customer does not have a current account, Customer Service will agree with the customer how the refund will be made. Credit will not be granted to third parties.
