The delivery time depends on two factors: city and state counting from the authorization of the purchase by the credit card administrator, or if the option is bank slip, it will depend on the confirmation of payment by the financial institution.

The credit card administrator may release the funds within 48 hours.

Confirmation of payment of the bank slip takes up to 2 business days.

After payment confirmation, your order will be separated, taking up to 15 business days to be dispatched. These 15 days of separation are already included in the period shown on the website, according to the zip code provided.

If you place your order on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, they do not count towards the deadline.

Only one shipping address is allowed for each order.

NOTE: It is not possible to schedule the delivery time and date for your orders, but the customer can track the delivery route through the post office website with the post number.

Your order will always be delivered from Monday to Saturday during business hours.

The product will be returned to Nordico if three unsuccessful delivery attempts are made.

For a new shipment, in case of absence or insufficient address, the shipping cost will be charged and a new delivery time will be generated.
